Conformity Of Products
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, as the consistency of our products depends on natural elements such as sun, wind, water, soil composition affecting the growth of each crop, it is normal that the colour, smell and texture of our products may vary from batch to batch. Cavalliert Skincare UK is the distributor of the products and not the manufacturer. Cavalliert Skincare UK does not have any control over or involvement in the production process and cannot be held liable for any claims regarding the consistency of the products, their potency and their effects on customers’ skin.
Our products are manufactured in Athens, Greece by Cavallier Cosmetics Ltd, a company which operates as a completely separate legal entity from Cavalliert Skincare UK. If you have any queries regarding the production of the products please contact one of our customer service advisors at orders@cavalliert.co.uk who will be happy to bring you in contact with the manufacturers in Greece, if we are unable to answer your queries.
The entire production process takes place in small batches four to six times a year according to the seasons to ensure that the products are always fresh and contain high quality natural extracts and ingredients. The production process is based on traditional methods combined with modern cosmetology practices, which ensure the utmost care for our customers and the environment.
Most of the products are hand blended and in some cases the packaging is made by hand so occasionally the packaging, labelling, containers, may be different from batch to batch and not match exactly the description and images of the products shown on this web site. Cavalliert Skincare UK does not have any control over or involvement in the packaging and labelling process and cannot be held liable for any claims of misrepresentation.
Our products are made from herbs and plants and have a high concentration of essential oils that could make them volatile if they are exposed to heat. Cavalliert Skincare UK takes every care to keep the products in the right temperature and in perfect condition and despatch them to you in perfect condition. After you receive the products it is your responsibility to always keep your products away from direct sunlight and heat and make sure the jars, tubes and bottles are properly closed after each use. Extensive exposure to the sun and oxygen may affect the power of the live vitamins, minerals and enzymes of our products. We recommend that in warm climates you keep the Amie Nature, Sun Protection Cream and Top Secret in the refridgerator.
Our products are suitable for external use as directed in this web site and our brochure, are not tested on animals and are not known to cause any allergies. They have a two year shelf life if they remain unopened and kept in a cool dark place. Once they are opened they have to be consumed within a year from the date of opening and be kept in a cool environment as explained above. After a year has lapsed from the opening of the containers we advise you to discard them.
