1. Eat plenty of fruit, raw salads & vegetables, which other than the necessary for the body vitamins A, B, C & E, also contain enzymes & other nutrients important to the maintenance of your beauty. Your daily diet is linked to your beauty.
2. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily, especially every morning & night & not during your meals. Water flushes away toxins & cleanses the liver, kidneys & all the body organs.
3. Cut down on coffee, alcohol, sweets, desserts & spices & use your frying pan the least possible. Use olive oil daily on your salads. Do not cook in olive oil. Cook in groundnut oil which is easier to be digested. Try to avoid meat & eat more fish & pulses.
4. Quit smoking! If you cannot live without it, try to reduce it as much as possible. Smoke narrows the blood vessels causing heart problems & slows down your blood circulation. It also increases cellulite, imports toxins in your body, makes the skin dull & gives the epidermis a yellowish tint.
5. Do not bottle your anger inside. Exercise will help you de-stress and relax.
6. Do not postpone your daily visits to the toilet. That's how toxins leave your body. Your body works like a clock, therefore, be on time & do not postpone nature's calling for other things. Walking, fresh air & exercise help your digestive system to cleanse itself, tackle stress & hypertension & balance up your bodily functions.
7. Look after your face & body by offering them the best in skincare. Learn to start & finish your day with a shower. It cleanses, tones & refreshes your body whilst removing all the negativity accumulated during the day. Cleanse your face day & night properly so that it can be free to rest, breathe & calm down. Never go to bed with make up on.
8. Sleep! Sleep is a natural organic need that guarantees health & beauty while restoring all bodily functions. It removes toxins & worries & strengthens the nervous system providing stamina for the next day. 8 hours sleep are generally recommended for the maintenance of good health.
9. Be in nature as often as you can. Countryside & fresh air are imperative for your beauty. Walking in the countryside is not only good exercise, but also lifts off worries & anxiety as it calms down your nervous system. This is enhanced by inhaling all the wonderful scents of nature. Your body becomes rejuvenated & your nervous & immune systems are strengthened.
